"It's really delicious! If you think it's a lie! Please try it at Shinagawa Prince Hotel!!"
Toyo Suisan and Shinagawa Prince Hotel announced their collaborative project "Maruchan Seimen × Shinagawa Prince Hotel Maruchan Seimen Creators" at Shinagawa Prince Hotel in Minato-ku, Tokyo, on July 31. This August-only project features four chefs from Shinagawa Prince Hotel creating special menu items using "Maruchan Seimen," served at the hotel's restaurants "Lux Dining Hapuna" and "Chinese Buffet Restaurant Son Goku."

Toyo Suisan's Executive Officer Kiyoshi Nakayama explained the background of the project: "Since 'Maruchan Seimen' is an instant noodle that allows consumers to enjoy the authentic taste and texture of fresh noodles, and is popular with consumers of all ages, we want to implement this collaboration project during the busy summer vacation period when families gather, to invigorate the Shinagawa area."

Seiji Watanabe, Executive Chef at Shinagawa Prince Hotel, announced six signature dishes developed through continuous trial and error since the project's launch in January, combining the skills and sensibilities of four chefs. "Deciding the menu was challenging, but we wanted to meet the expectations of 'Maruchan Seimen' fans nationwide," he expressed his enthusiasm.

Actor Koji Yakusho, who serves as the commercial character for "Maruchan Seimen," appeared on stage. The six dishes served at the hotel were created in response to Mr. Yakusho's request: "A blissful dish that makes everyone smile! Everyone smiles!" At the venue, Mr. Yakusho sampled the "Creative Soy Milk Tsukemen" (Available: Aug 1-31, Location: Luxe Dining Hapuna) and smiled, saying, "It's truly delicious!" Wanting many people to taste these blissful dishes crafted with heart by the chefs, he used the familiar phrase from the commercial:
"It's truly delicious! If you don't believe it, come eat it at Shinagawa Prince Hotel!!"
He called out.

The menu offers a rich variety of Japanese, Western, and Chinese styles, featuring four weekly rotating dishes like Western-style noodles with tomato and mozzarella cheese, plus two staple items: creative soy milk dipping noodles and Taiwanese-style chashu oil noodles, totaling six dishes. Those who eat will receive a special recipe card detailing the chefs' secret "noodle techniques" for making delicious ramen.
