Dentsu Digital Inc. Holdings to fully acquire Dentsu Razorfish and change its name

Dentsu Digital Inc. Holdings (DDH), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dentsu Inc., will acquire Publicis's 19.37% stake in Dentsu Razorfish (DRF), currently a joint venture with Publicis Groupe (France), making DRF a wholly-owned subsidiary. Consequently, effective July 1, DRF will be renamed 'Dentsu iX Co., Ltd.'

Dentsu Inc. iX is a specialized agency providing one-stop solutions to meet the increasingly sophisticated and diverse needs for digital solutions. The new name embodies the meaning of realizing "Innovative Experience."

Moving forward, as the digital marketing domain continues to globalize, the company will collaborate with Dentsu Group's overseas digital network companies to expand its business scope.
