The Legendary Judo Master Led Astray by a Beauty!?

Ezaki Glico is currently running its 2015 promotion for the confectionery "PRETZ" under the message "Grab some happiness."

Starting August 4th, the "HAPPY CATCHER " campaign will begin (running until November 30th). Every day, five or more winners will be selected in a lottery to receive prizes like "Original Shun Oguri QUO Cards" or "Original Happy Flavor PRETZ." An online crane game linked to this campaign will also appear.

Preceding this, a campaign commemorative event was held on July 21 at MAGIC BEACH in Toyosu, Tokyo. The venue featured an actual "HAPPY CATCHER" game machine where people could be lifted by a crane. Actress Manami Hashimoto and judoka Shinichi Shinohara appeared to challenge the game.

Prizes included numerous Prits snacks, along with packages containing pure gold Prits and outdoor gear. Hashimoto, who mentioned "I've been wanting a bicycle lately," got excited upon hearing there was a special package offering a bicycle. Shinohara appeared thrilled upon seeing Hashimoto in her swimsuit.

Suspended in the air by the crane, Shinohara was controlled by Hashimoto and grabbed 31 packages. Unfortunately, they didn't get the bicycle package. Learning this, Hashimoto declared she would now become the crane operator and try again. Working together with Shinohara as the operator, she successfully grabbed the bicycle package. "I grabbed happiness today," she declared triumphantly. "Everyone, let's work together and try hard." As a reward, Shinohara had Hashimoto feed him Pretz, prompting him to joke, "With teamwork, you can be as happy as these two." Everyone, work together and do your best!" As a reward, Hashimoto fed Shinohara some Pretz, prompting Shinohara to joke, "With teamwork, you can be as happy as the two of us."

The "HAPPY CATCHER" at the venue was open to the public only on that day.
