The "Shiodome Women's Gathering" was held on December 6 at Dentsu Inc. Hall in Shiodome, Tokyo. This inaugural event targeted female job seekers graduating in 2015. It was planned as a joint recruitment PR event by nine companies headquartered in the Shiodome area: Shiseido, SoftBank Group, Dentsu Inc., Toppan Forms, Nippon Express, Panasonic, Fujitsu, Mitsui Chemicals, and Ricoh. Approximately 600 female students participated.
Opening the event, Minami Watanabe from Dentsu Inc. Personnel Bureau Recruitment Department stated, "This year marks the 10th anniversary of the redevelopment of Shiodome's office district. We hope you will discover many attractive companies here that provide familiar products and services, making this an opportunity for new discoveries and encounters." Following this, female recruitment representatives from each company introduced their company overviews, job types, and the rewards of working there.

Next, at the Talk Cafe (pictured), where participants could speak directly with female employees from each company, Q&A sessions covered various topics including specific job duties and company policies regarding childbirth and childcare.
