The Travel and Learning Council (Secretariat: ANA Holdings) will hold a symposium open to the public online on February 16. It will feature a keynote speech on the theme "Post-Corona Travel and the Benefits of Inconvenience," along with an introduction to the council's first-phase activities.
The Travel and Learning Council was established in June 2020 by ANA Holdings in collaboration with experts. It scientifically examines the benefits of travel from the perspectives of educational engineering, happiness studies, and tourism studies, proposing the utilization of travel as part of next-generation education. Twenty-six companies, educational institutions, local governments, and others participate as first-phase members. Since October, the council has been implementing initiatives including "travel education program development," "scientific verification of travel-related data," and "dissemination of council activities."
