The inaugural drone show of the LED drone project "Soar" will be held at Toyosu Park from March 20 to 22.
From March 20 to 22, 2025, the first event of the "Soar" project—a low-altitude economy revitalization initiative utilizing LED drones—will be held at Toyosu Park in Koto Ward, Tokyo.

During the event, 500 units of the "DSJ-MODELX" – Japan's only domestically produced drone show-specific aircraft developed by Drone Show Japan – will illuminate the night sky over Toyosu, creating a spectacular world of light. Popular voice actress Maaya Uchida will serve as the navigator. Her resonant voice will guide attendees on a journey through the story, complementing the light show. Uchida also provides voice acting for the " Virtual Future City " implemented on KDDI's metaverse and Web3 service platform "αU (Alpha U)".
The main content is a show themed around the city of the future. A grand story unfolds, beginning with Earth's history and eventually connecting to the vision of "Society 5.0," a future city centered around humanity. This narrative is painted across the night sky with the star-like brilliance of LED drones.

■About "Soar"

"Soar" is a project (launching January 2025) that utilizes LED drones in the low-altitude economic zone to create new spatial value. Combining Dentsu Inc.'s marketing support with Drone Show Japan's proven track record, it provides comprehensive solutions for corporate marketing activities and regional tourism. This new media, treating the sky as a canvas, enables the diffusion and ripple effect of real-world experiences digitally through on-off integration using QR codes. This marks the first installment of "Soar."
