Can "Online Restaurants" Become a New Food Culture?
The first installment of our online restaurant project will be held on September 21st, Respect for the Aged Day. Quindi's chef has created a special menu themed around "The End of Summer and the Beginning of Autumn," featuring ingredients known as "encounters" – a blend of the first signs of the new season and the lingering flavors of the old. Mr. Oya, representative of Shokurabo, shares the story behind this project.
