Yu Kato

Joined the company in 1982. Worked as a copywriter for 13 years. Spent about 20 years developing young creative talent. Transferred to the HR department a little over a year ago. Studied the fundamentals of coaching for over 100 hours and obtained an Industrial Counselor qualification. With so many unique individuals, I find the company's "child-rearing" endlessly fascinating.
