Takaaki Koshiba

After working at Dentsu Future Creation Group, he joined his current organization. Focusing on “people-centric” transformation, he supports corporate organizational and talent revitalization as well as regional development. His motto is to use creativity that amplifies people’s passion and to manage sustainable projects aimed at solving social issues. As his life’s work, he also practices “Photo-Revolution,” an approach to problem-solving that harnesses the essential power of photography.
