Dentsu Inc.
Personnel Bureau
After joining Dentsu Inc., I was assigned to the Magazine Division at the Chubu Branch Office. My work encompassed a wide range of responsibilities, primarily magazine media sales, alongside event and product development linked to magazine projects, and creating collaborative manga with comic magazines. Following childbirth and childcare leave, I transferred to the Human Resources Section at the Tokyo Head Office in 2013, where I was responsible for new employee orientation. In 2015, I gave birth to twins and took my second maternity and childcare leave. In 2017, she returned to work for the second time as a "working mother of three children." After her return, as part of the company's corporate division undergoing labor environment reforms, she was responsible for planning and operating the new initiative "INPUT!365," a growth support program for all employees, starting from scratch. The initiative aimed to increase employees' learning time by reducing working hours. She promoted the development of learning content in collaboration with external experts. Within six months, she planned and produced approximately 70 courses, mobilizing 1,500 participants and achieving an average satisfaction rating of 4.6 out of 5. She continues to plan and propose new talent development measures focused on each employee's individuality and strengths, striving daily to integrate talent development with career design.
