After joining Dentsu Inc., I primarily engaged in planning and branding centered on solving social issues. My activities spanned a wide range, including copywriting, book production, web development, event execution, campaign planning, new product development, new business strategy, business design, corporate rebranding, and regional branding. I am also a member of "Dentsu abic project," a specialized planning group supporting regional branding and city promotion. Additionally, leveraging the "cultural communication skills" honed through experience, he works on projects that verbalize the tacit knowledge embedded within corporate cultures, specifically the expertise of veteran employees, and facilitates its sharing. He is also a specialist in on-the-job training (OJT)-centered field education. Amidst the rise of remote work, he is particularly dedicated to nurturing new hires and young employees. He is a co-author of the book "Introduction to 'Art Thinking': Using Imagination as a Weapon" (PHP Institute).
