Joined Dentsu Actis, the predecessor of DENTSU PROMOTION PLUS INC. After the founding of Dentsu Tech through a four-company merger, served as PR Manager handling corporate communications and IR communications, including the over-the-counter listing (now delisted), establishment of new companies, group reorganization, and service development. Subsequently, after transfers, focused primarily on PR and human resources development. Currently manages the Human Resources Strategy Department, centered on recruitment, training, and career support, and leads the DEI project.
