Nanami Kakei

Joined Dentsu Inc. in 2011. Served as a researcher for the Youth Research Department (Dentsu Wakamon), an insight lab targeting teens and young adults in their 20s, handling everything from communication strategy planning to PR initiatives, web production, and event execution. Additionally, launched the Watashigoto Project, a solutions team focused on working women. Currently, within the Human Resources Bureau, specializes in planning around the "work styles" of "young people" and "women."
