Kosuke Tsuji

Driven by a desire to empower more manufacturing companies, I joined the consulting industry straight out of graduate school with a STEM background. I have consistently worked on manufacturing projects. Initially, I worked on business reform projects accompanying system implementations at a major consulting firm. To tackle broader challenges, I joined DENTSU SOKEN INC. (formerly isidbc). I handled "manufacturing" reform concepts spanning engineering and supply chains, as well as "service creation" planning for new service launches. I helped clients envision future concepts and ideal states while identifying structural issues, supporting the first steps toward reform and enabling them to drive change independently.
