Project Researcher at the Institute of Industrial Science, The University of Tokyo. Conducted research on bomb cyclones and waves at the Graduate School of Frontier Sciences, The University of Tokyo, earning a Ph.D. in Environmental Science in 2020. Worked at MS&AD InterRisk Research Institute, Inc., engaged in natural disaster risk analysis for insurance underwriting and disaster information system development, before founding Gaia Vision. Researches climate change and flooding at the university.
