After a career as a media planner, I worked as a planner and director in the activation/CX field, handling activation and CX initiatives for numerous companies across manufacturing, retail, telecommunications, and other sectors. Since 2024, I have served as a CX consultant in the Marketing Division, supporting companies in their CX efforts.
