Hidemitsu Kitamoto

After joining Dentsu Inc., she engaged in strategic PR, creative work, and content development for corporations, local governments, and numerous educational and cognitive development brands. In 2011, she participated in the founding of the Dentsu Diversity Lab. Since her college days, she has studied early childhood and elementary education and has worked with children with mental disabilities and developmental disabilities who possess exceptional talents. In 2020, she established “Scop,” a next-generation education company formed as a joint venture between Dentsu Inc. and TBS.Currently, at the Dentsu Inc. Future Business Research Institute, she primarily works on projects related to next-generation education, edutainment, and the space sector. She leads the neurodiversity project [noiro], which explores “future ways of working.” She is a certified childcare worker. Her authored and co-authored works include *The LEGO Book Museum* (Fusosha) and *Work That Creates Hope: Social Design* (Senden Kaigi), among others.
