Sae Miyake

After working in the media division at Dentsu Inc., she was seconded to DENTSU CORPORATE ONE INC., where she gained experience in human resources, focusing on training and development initiatives as well as internal communications. She is currently in charge of talent development, primarily planning and managing programs to support the growth of young employees. As the leader of the FY2026 New Employee Project, she oversees the design and execution of the entire training program while coordinating with numerous stakeholders.
