Dentsu Inc. secures exclusive marketing rights for Kazakhstani volleyball player Sabina Alshynbekova.

Dentsu Inc. announced on October 29 that it has secured the worldwide (excluding Kazakhstan) exclusive marketing rights for Kazakhstani volleyball player Sabina Altynbekova for one year starting November 1, 2015.

Altynbekova represented Kazakhstan at the 17th Asian Junior Women's Volleyball Championship (U-19) held in Taiwan in July 2014. She has since become a popular player well-known in East Asia (primarily Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, and China) and Southeast Asia (primarily Indonesia and Thailand). Her Instagram follower count has significantly increased, growing from 200,000 after the 2014 tournament to over 500,000 as of today.

Furthermore, starting this season, Arshinbekova has decided to join the team "GSS Sunbeams" in the "V Challenge League II," organized by the Japan Volleyball League Organization, which opens on November 14th. This move is aimed at further improving her skills.

While the company has managed many athletes before, this marks its first foreign athlete. Moving forward, it will conduct multifaceted marketing activities, including featuring Alshynbekova in advertisements.
