Dentsu Inc. iX and Isobar Japan merge, renaming the entity "Dentsu Isobar" ― Establishing a framework to provide high-value-added digital solutions to client companies both domestically and internationally ―

Dentsu Inc. Aegis Japan (DAJ), a wholly owned subsidiary of Dentsu Inc., announced on November 11 that it will merge two of its subsidiaries—Dentsu iX (Dentsu IX)※1, which provides digital solutions to client companies, and Isobar Japan—effective January 1, 2016. The merged entity will be renamed "Dentsu Isobar."

As part of Isobar※2, one of the Dentsu Group's global network brands, Dentsu Isobar will drive the strengthening and expansion of the digital domain in Japan, a core market for the group. These solutions include full-service experience design (creating events that allow users to perceive value during their interaction with products or services) and brand commerce, regardless of whether the target market is domestic or overseas.
