Dentsu Inc. and design office nendo establish joint venture "cacdo Inc." for business design, commencing operations February 1
Dentsu Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, Vice President and Executive Officer: Shoichi Nakamoto) and nendo Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Ooki Sato) have established a joint venture company, cacdo Inc., which will engage in corporate branding, concept development, and business design. The company will commence operations on February 1.
cacdo Co., Ltd. combines nendo's creative thinking, design capabilities spanning products, spaces, and video, and rapid prototyping and verification capabilities with Dentsu Inc.'s strengths in production and communication design. This enables the company to provide a comprehensive service, from identifying corporate challenges and solving problems to delivering concrete design proposals.
