[Participants Wanted] Talk event "Tokyo-ga@Shibuya" themed around cities and photography to be held

Culture Media's COTAS will hold the kickoff event "Tokyo-ga@Shibuya" at Dentsu Inc. Hall in Shiodome, Tokyo, on December 15th, preceding the Tokyo-themed photo exhibition "Tokyo-ga Project SHIBUYA-TOKYO CURIOSITY". Capacity is 100 people, admission is free.

"Tokyo Ga" is a project where 100 photographers take Tokyo as their subject and share their work globally. It begins with an exhibition at CUBE in Shibuya Hikarie from January 2-8, 2018, followed by a two-year touring exhibition " SHIBUYA-TOKYO CURIOSITY " in Shibuya, Paris, and Berlin through 2020.

This talk event, serving as the kickoff for the touring exhibition, will feature Ms. Nahoko Ota, Tokyo-ga Commissioner and the project's mastermind. Focusing on Shibuya, the theme of the touring exhibition, guests include Mr. Jongo Kanayama, Representative Director of the Shibuya City Tourism Association, and Ms. Atsuko Saito, Co-Planning Director of Shibuya Hikarie Creative Lounge MOV. Joined by COTAS Editor Yuki Shintani, the four will discuss the theme "The City and Photography."
