Hisamitsu Pharmaceutical signed a contract with the Tokyo 2020 Organizing Committee on February 6, becoming an Official Partner of Tokyo 2020. The contract category is "Topical Analgesic and Anti-inflammatory Agents."
President Kazue Nakato commented, "Under our corporate philosophy of 'Spreading the culture of patch therapy worldwide' to people gathering in Tokyo from around the globe, we aim to energize the Games movement and contribute to the event's success through products in our contract category."
Organizing Committee Chairman Yoshiro Mori stated, "The company, which has worked to promote the health of many people through its products, is a very reassuring presence for the athletes and officials participating in the Games. We expect it to continue contributing to athlete support and enhancing the Games movement."
