Shugo Yanaka's business book "The Strongest Jomon-Style Business: Four Principles for Creating Innovation" is now on sale.

Business producer and creative director Shugo Yanaka's business book "The Strongest Jomon-Style Business: Four Principles for Creating Innovation" was released on August 23rd.
Mr. Yanaka encountered the Jomon culture 15 years ago at the Sannai-Maruyama Site in Aomori, gaining inspiration to apply the wisdom of the Jomon era, spanning over 10,000 years, to business. This book systematizes that concept into a Jomon-Yayoi binary framework. It is a "business theory" that generates innovation, a "career theory" that transforms work styles, and a "practical philosophy" for grasping new ways of living.
Yanaka states, "At this critical juncture for global future choices, I wrote this book believing that 'remembering' the wisdom our Jomon ancestors spun over 10,000 years could instantly transform the world. Install the innovator's mindset to work more freely and with greater excitement in business settings! And create a positive society where people and nature coexist in harmony! I have generously shared this 'secret'."
The author, a business producer who teaches at business schools (MBA), has crafted this into a practical guide immediately applicable in the business world.
