Dunlop "WINTER MAXX" Anime Series Part 3 Featuring the classic song "Powder Snow"

On October 3rd, Sumitomo Rubber Industries released an animated music video titled "ROAD TO YOU ~Powder Snow Dancing in Memory~" on YouTube as part of the promotion for Dunlop's "WINTER MAXX" studless tire series.

The series debuted its first installment, "Together ~The Road Leading to You~," in 2017, followed by the second installment, "Together ~The Promise on the Starry Hill~," in 2018, both achieving high video view counts.

This latest installment depicts the bittersweet story of childhood friends who reunite on a snowy day and become lovers, only to face separation when she leaves for study abroad.
The song features a cover of Remioromen's classic "Powder Snow" by virtual singer Kahu, with narration by popular voice actress Rie Takahashi.
The production brought together creators including popular illustrator Aspara (character design) and renowned director/screenwriter Toshitaka Shinoda (known for music videos by famous artists).

The campaign's tagline is "Run, beyond love."
The copy for the first and second installments also share the common theme of "Run," with "Carrying Love" and "With Love," expressing the presence of the tires (cars) within the story.
