Canned Chu-Hi "-196℃ Strong Zero" Special CM Broadcast for Guinness World Record Certification

On June 8, Suntory Spirits began nationwide broadcast of the TV commercial "-196℃ Guinness World Record No. 1 Selling Chu-Hi" (15 seconds) nationwide.

The commercial was produced primarily using footage from past commercials featuring actors Yuki Amami and Kazuki Sawamura, who serve as the product's image characters.
The CM features a digest of memorable scenes from past broadcasts, including Amami's signature pose where she thrusts her thumb forward energetically with the catchphrase "Strong Good!!" to emphasize the product's versatility with various meals, and the lighthearted banter between Amami and Sawamura. It conveys Amami's surprise and delight at the brand being certified as No.1.

 
 

In an interview, the two express gratitude to loyal drinkers while sharing their recommended ways to enjoy the drink. Amami says, "This summer, I plan to chill my favorite glass in the refrigerator, fill it with lots of ice, and drink it ice-cold. I always end up drinking straight from the can (laughs)," while Sawamura said, "I want to enjoy it simply, delighting all five senses: the 'swoosh' sound when poured into a glass, the carbonation sensation on my fingers, the aroma, and the delicious taste."
