An "inclusive" event for everyone to enjoy regardless of disability status, type, or degree, "IncluFES 2025," was held on Saturday, February 1, 2025, at the Tama City General Gymnasium. The event featured an exhibition match of "hand soccer," a sport based on soccer, and booths offering various inclusive experiences, including para sports. On the day, 576 people, primarily children with severe disabilities enrolled in special needs schools, attended and enjoyed the event.

While it's said that only a very small number of people can participate in sports adopted for the Paralympics, hand soccer is a sport anyone can play, regardless of the type or degree of disability. On the field, players with various conditions—walking, running, using manual wheelchairs, electric wheelchairs, or crutches—play together. Players with severe disabilities who cannot play as field players can also participate as shooters taking free throws. The event featured exhibition matches throughout the day by teams of current students and alumni from special needs schools in Tokyo.
