DENTSU SOKEN INC. is recruiting participants for the webinar “DCER Insight Live Vol. 1: The Front Lines of Economic Security – The Current State of Businesses and Public Support for Policy,” to be held on Friday, May 15.

Established to further strengthen responses to economic security in the face of unpredictable international circumstances, DCER—with Shigeru Kitamura, former Director of the National Security Bureau, serving as its Director—began operations in April 2025. The center brings together the intelligence and technology cultivated by the Dentsu Group to support the sustainable development of Japanese society and businesses.

In this webinar, authors and experts from the book "Economic Security and Business: Risks Companies Need to Know and Practical Measures" (published by Nikkei BP on April 15) will present the latest research findings. In particular, they will discuss public risk perception and policy support as revealed by a survey of 10,000 voters, as well as practical measures companies can take to prepare for the risks they face.
