Dentsu Inc. Agrees to Acquire 100% of Shares in Mexico's Integrated Advertising Agency "AC"

On May 16, Dentsu Inc.'s overseas headquarters, Dentsu Aegis Network, announced it had reached an agreement with the shareholders of Mexico's integrated advertising agency Arrechedera y Claverol (AC) to acquire 100% of its shares.

Founded in 2007, AC provides comprehensive advertising communication services, including advertising strategy development, integrated creative campaigns, branded content※1, social listening, and software solutions. With 110 employees, it is one of Mexico's leading independent advertising agencies. Recognized as "Agency of the Year" three times at various Mexican advertising festivals, AC has particular strength in services integrating digital capabilities and is highly regarded by both domestic and multinational companies.

Following the acquisition, Dentsu Inc. will integrate AC into the network of mcgarrybowen, one of the group's nine global network brands and a creative agency. By fostering collaboration with other group companies, Dentsu Inc. aims to accelerate its growth strategy in Mexico, the second-largest advertising market in Latin America after Brazil.
