"Communication Skills" is a social contribution program provided by Dentsu Inc. for the past 10 years, aimed at strengthening the organizational foundations of NPOs. Instructors, primarily Dentsu Inc.'s creative staff, teach the techniques NPOs need to effectively communicate and gain understanding of their activities as part of their public relations efforts.
Following a basic lecture, the seminar featured group work to build practical skills. One participant shared, "The workshop deepened my understanding of the lecture content. I want to apply the importance of considering the audience I'm trying to reach to my future activities."
Sachiko Nishihashi, Executive Creative Director at Dentsu Inc. (pictured left), who served as an instructor, commented, "Everyone's activities were diverse, and I gained deep insight into the disaster relief efforts and regional revitalization initiatives in Iwaki City."
