Dentsu Inc. has launched the "Dentsu Buzz Research® Global Report," a service that analyzes and reports on overseas social media trends concerning client companies. This service is provided in collaboration with Hotlink and iSentia Brandtology Pte Ltd (hereinafter "iSentia Brandtology").
Since 2006, Dentsu Inc. has jointly provided the "Dentsu Buzz Research®" service with Hotlink, a research system that aggregates and analyzes consumer word-of-mouth information on social media in Japan in real time. This service has become established as a marketing research methodology. Demand from clients for an overseas version has been growing, leading to the launch of this service under the brand name "Dentsu Buzz Research® Global Report." The service covers 21 countries and regions worldwide, primarily in the Asia-Pacific region but also including Europe and the Americas.
This service has four key features. First, through preliminary consulting, it enables the selection of specific websites in each country to be monitored, tailored to the client's objectives. Second, it allows for report creation based on analysis aligned with the client's challenges, covering the social media landscape and influencer dynamics in the relevant country. Third, reports are delivered by analysts who understand each country's context and possess marketing expertise. Fourth, reports can be submitted in Japanese.
Report outputs include both quantitative and qualitative data, such as daily trend analysis of post volumes, positive/negative sentiment analysis, and cluster analysis (categorizing and displaying topic content from user-generated content).
