The "Onagawa Poster Exhibition" features approximately 200 types of posters created by 63 advertising creators volunteering their time for 42 shops, businesses, and organizations in Onagawa Town, Miyagi Prefecture, which suffered extensive damage in the Great East Japan Earthquake. A poster presentation ceremony was held at a hotel in the town on February 9.
The posters will be displayed primarily at Onagawa's temporary shopping district, "Kibo no Kane Shopping Street," from February 21st to May 31st.
This "Onagawa Poster Exhibition" is being held as part of the Kahoku Shimpo's "What We Can Do Now" project.
