Kyoko Koizumi × Director Yukisada "Mio" Sparkling Sake Web-Exclusive Movie Part 2 Released

Takara Shuzo has released the second web-exclusive movie for its Shochikubai Shirakabe-gura "Mio" sparkling sake, titled "My First Mio: Tanabata with 'Mio'" (produced by Dentsu Inc. The company is currently rolling out videos tying Mio to seasonal events, with this second installment following the well-received first "Mother's Day" edition. Actress Anne continues in the lead role, and the film is directed by Isao Yukisada, known for numerous hit productions.

The second installment is set at a company with an internal Tanabata tradition of writing wishes on tanzaku strips. On that rainy night, left alone in a room, Anne and her senior colleague (played by Takataka Aoki) have a conversation about their wishes, subtly depicting the delicate psychology of two people falling in love. Where will their romance lead...? This emotionally charged short film, captivating for its beautiful visuals, leaves viewers eagerly anticipating the next installment.

The website is currently running a campaign (until July 12) where answering quizzes about the movie enters you into a lottery to win "Mio" and original pair glasses.
