"Minami Alps Natural Water Premium Fruit Sauce" Launch Commemorative Event
On June 25, Suntory Beverage & Food International held a PR event at the outdoor community space "COMMUNE246" in Minato Ward, Tokyo, to commemorate the opening of "Minami Alps Village" and the launch of "Minami Alps Natural Water Premium Fruit Sauce."

The Minami Alps Village, operating within COMMUNE246 for a limited time from June 25 to August 31, is a shop serving premium "Natural Water Shaved Ice" with a fluffy texture, made using ice crafted from "Suntory Minami Alps Natural Water." It is supervised by Kotaro Ishitsuki, owner of the renowned shaved ice shop "Noan."
Additionally, Mr. Ishitsuki oversaw the development of three limited-quantity "Suntory Minami Alps Natural Water Premium Fruit Sauces" (Rich Strawberry, Creamy White Peach, Freshly Picked Orange), available starting June 30, and the "Suntory Natural Water Shaved Ice Server," which allows consumers to make fluffy shaved ice at home.

At the opening event, Takashi Kawamura, Section Manager of the Brand Strategy Department at Suntory Beverage & Food Limited, took the stage to deliver remarks.
Following this, model Makiko Takizawa and Mr. Ishizuki of "Noan" appeared as guests. Mr. Ishizuki commented, "Since shaved ice is 100% water, we focused on the water to make delicious ice," and demonstrated shaved ice made with Minami Alps Natural Water and the three types of Minami Alps Natural Water Premium Fruit Sauce, along with other arranged menu items like drinks.
After tasting the cold shaved ice, Takizawa beamed, highlighting its fluffy texture and deliciousness. She also shared her perspective as a mother of three, saying, "Every year around this time, my children ask for shaved ice, so I've been looking forward to it."
General guests were also invited that day, experiencing shaved ice making on stage while savoring the cold treat. Many were fascinated by the server's precise settings for shaving ice softly to recreate the fluffy texture reminiscent of the popular shop "Noan," known for its long lines. They thoroughly enjoyed this new way to experience "Minami Alps Natural Water."
