On January 14, Dentsu Inc. announced the establishment of a new company, Dentsu Operation Partners Inc., specializing in operational tasks for performance-based advertising, primarily in the digital marketing domain. This venture is a joint investment with Ria Communications. The new company's operation center in Okinawa will commence business on January 15.
The establishment of this new company stems from the growing business volume in the digital marketing sector, a key growth area, creating a need to efficiently and rapidly handle unprecedented volumes of operational tasks. Specifically, there was an urgent need to strengthen and expand a high-quality operational framework to handle the increase in routine tasks such as data entry, aggregation, report creation, call center operations, and simple content production. These tasks are part of digital & direct marketing, system solutions, social marketing, and PDCA (Plan→Do→Check→Action) operational work.
Meanwhile, Ria Communications, which already operates a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) contracting business, aims to expand its digital marketing-related services. This objective aligned with Dentsu Inc.'s goal of strengthening its BPO framework for digital marketing operations. Consequently, the two companies decided to jointly establish a JV (Joint Venture) to mutually share their expertise.
