The Japan Advertising Agents Association (JAAA) announced the recipients of the 51st Hideo Yoshida Memorial Award at its February 4 board meeting. This award honors individuals and groups who have contributed to the development and advancement of the advertising industry.
The Individual Award was given to Koichiro Naganuma (Senior Advisor, Asatsu-DK; former President). No Group Award was selected.
Since assuming the position of Vice Chairman of the JAAA in 2008, Mr. Naganuma has dedicated himself to the association's operations and contributed to the advancement of the advertising industry. Notably, as Chairman of the Steering Committee, he promoted the smooth operation of the Board of Directors, and as Chairman of the Finance Committee, he provided guidance for the association's sound financial management.
