Morinaga Milk Industry began airing a new TV commercial for its creaming powder "Creep" in late March, marking the product's 55th anniversary. Titled "That's right. We make it properly.", the campaign coincides with the product's packaging renewal from its original glass jar to a plastic bottle.
The commercial features child actor Kokoro Terada and comedian Kazutaka Ozawa of the comedy duo Speed Wagon. Ozawa is known for his unpredictable remarks on TV shows and his narcissistic, pretentious lines. His unique worldview has earned him nicknames like "Sekai no Ozawa" (The World's Ozawa) and "Sekaoza," making him quite popular.
The commercial is set in a coffee shop, with Kokoro playing the child master and Ozawa playing the customer. The story involves Kokoro explaining to Ozawa, who misunderstands Creep, that "it's made properly using milk ingredients." The interaction between Kokoro's cute voice and Ozawa's husky voice creates a simple yet comforting commercial.
In the "Kokoro's First Hot Water Mix" edition, Kokoro fondly recalls his first encounter with "Creep Hot Water Mix." In the "Creep Tōzawa." edition, you can see Mr. Ozawa fully immersed in his signature Ozawa World.
