Sapporo Real Estate Development opened the mixed-use commercial facility "GINZA PLACE" in Tokyo's Ginza district on September 24, with "common ginza" opening on the third floor.
Common Ginza embodies the concept of Ginza Place, which aims to become a Ginza landmark as a "hub for communication and exchange." It is a facility that combines the "RAMO FRUTAS CAFE," featuring a menu using seasonal fruits, with the "PANORAMA GALLERY," an event space hosting diverse events and exhibitions.

Dentsu Inc. and Cafe Company are participating as planning and operational partners for the facility. The opening event features an art exhibition themed "girls, fruits & ginza!" by up-and-coming artists D[di:] and Chihiro Koshii. Moving forward, various events such as workshops, live performances, and talk shows will be held.
Companies and organizations can also conduct promotions here. Leveraging its high-visibility location, the space is expected to be utilized for diverse promotional activities and information dissemination in the future.
