Daihatsu Motor Co., Ltd. exhibited at the 43rd Tokyo Motor Show (until December 1, Tokyo Big Sight) under the theme "PLAY Tomorrow! More Possibilities with Kei Cars." It highlighted the fun and expanding potential of small cars.

The booth featured four reference models (world premieres) across three vehicle types, alongside planned production models, current production vehicles, and various technologies.

At the November 20 press briefing, President Masanori Mitsui stated, "We propose new value for the future, positioning fuel-efficient and affordable kei cars as the nation's transportation."

The KOPEN, a kei open sports car, features resin outer panels that can be freely swapped like a cover case, allowing enjoyment of multiple designs and color schemes. It pursues the ultimate in driving pleasure and the joy of ownership.

The "DECA DECA" is a "Super Space Model" featuring a spacious interior. It offers a view rivaling that of a registered wagon-type vehicle, ensuring an open feel and excellent visibility. It pioneers new possibilities with its escape-from-the-daily-grind enjoyment and versatile utility.

The "FC DECK" is a zero-emission, next-generation vehicle equipped with a liquid fuel cell ideal for kei cars. It achieves a total balance of reliable and free energy.
