Regarding the Name Change of Dentsu Inc. Subsidiary "Synergy Medical Communications"
Synergy Medical Communications Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Kyuichi Kobayashi), a wholly-owned domestic subsidiary of Dentsu Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, Vice President and Executive Officer: Shoichi Nakamoto) and a specialized agency in the medical field, will change its name to Dentsu Medical Communications Inc. effective April 1, 2017.
With this change, our group will further enhance its organizational capabilities in the medical field and strive for greater innovation in our services.
