Dentsu Inc. invests in "Destination Tokachi Inc.," a DMO specializing in outdoor activities established by Snow Peak and Obihiro City.

Dentsu Inc. Invests in DMO "Destination Tokachi Co., Ltd." Specializing in Outdoor Activities, Established by Snow Peak, Obihiro City, and Others

Dentsu Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Toshihiro Yamamoto) has invested in "Destination Tokachi Inc.", a regional collaborative DMO*1 specializing in outdoor activities and aiming to brand the Tokachi region. This DMO was established in April this year by Snow Peak Inc. (Headquarters: Sanjo City, Niigata Prefecture; President: Futoshi Yamai), Obihiro City (Mayor: Norihisa Yonezawa), and others.

Destination Tokachi aims to realize the branding of "Tokachi Outdoor" by leveraging Tokachi's magnificent natural spaces as a world-class field for authentic outdoor activities. It will provide opportunities for customers seeking a fulfilling lifestyle to enjoy premium experiences filled with "leisure" and "healing." An overview of Destination Tokachi is as follows.
