"NIGO for IQOS" The second collection features a duck pattern.
Philip Morris Japan held a launch event for the new IQOS collection at the IQOS Store in Chuo Ward, Tokyo, on March 16.

Since October 2017, the company has been rolling out IQOS collections in collaboration with Creative Director NIGO. This second installment, "THE CAMO COLLECTION," features an unprecedented, original design concept centered on "evolving identity," incorporating a camouflage pattern with tobacco leaf motifs.

CRM Program Manager Tanuja Suriaraci explained the connection between the two: "NIGO started with an apparel brand in a small corner of Harajuku and took the world by storm. This fact aligns perfectly with IQOS, which launched initially in Nagoya, is now popular nationwide in Japan, and will likely take the world by storm in the near future." "For the second installment, we're expanding beyond previous IQOS-exclusive items to offer eight new products. This includes a device featuring original fabric specifications, along with accessories and apparel. All items are specially designed by NIGO," she explained the new collection's overview.

The camouflage pattern, born as a design for blending into nature, has also gained popularity as an icon for asserting individuality on the streets. This collection features the camouflage pattern on all items. Among them, the "IQOS CAMO DEVICE" stands out for its rarity, featuring a structure where fabric is affixed to the surface for the first time, differing from previous printed designs.

The collection, consisting of 8 items including the device, T-shirts, jackets, and bags, will be available for a limited time starting April 3rd at IQOS stores nationwide and online shops. An exclusive pre-sale for a limited quantity will be held on the IQOS owner-only website "IQOSphere" from March 19th to 22nd.
