【Participants Wanted】(Held 6/25) Dentsu Inc. B Team Seminar @ Academy Hills Can the "Underdog Tag" Turn the Information Warring States Era into Opportunity⁉
Dentsu Inc.'s creative think tank, Dentsu B Team (formerly DENTSU SOKEN INC. B Team)*, will host a talk session titled "Can 'Underdog Tags' Turn the Information Warring States Era into Opportunity⁉" on June 25th, co-hosted with the business magazine Forbes JAPAN and Academy Hills Library.
The event will invite 70 non-library members on a first-come, first-served basis. Applications are accepted via the Academy Hills Library website.
This talk session is an extra event for the popular Forbes Japan series "Dentsu Inc. B Team's NEW CONCEPT Collection," marking its seventh installment.
The theme this time is "Underdog Tags." An "Underdog Tag" refers to a hashtag where unknown individuals or groups create a new genre in society through clever word combinations, instantly propelling them into the spotlight as leading figures in that field. Increasingly, people are putting "Underdog Tags" into practice on social media, gaining significant attention.
The special guest is Yuko Sugamoto (aka "Yukos"), who brilliantly embodies the "Underdog Tag" concept. With over 1 million total followers across social media, she has garnered an overwhelming response from women across Japan. Joining her for a talk session are the four creators of the "Underdog Tag" concept, who are also micro-influencers themselves: Akane Yamada (Planner, Dentsu Inc. B Team), Masaharu Fujiyoshi (Deputy Editor-in-Chief & Senior Writer, Forbes JAPAN), and Hidetoshi Kurashige (Creative Director, Dentsu Inc. B Team).
Let's explore together at the venue new ways of communication and, ultimately, hints for a new way of living in the SNS era!
