TOKYO 2020 ID Registration Present Campaign Part 2

The Tokyo 2020 Organizing Committee is currently running a gift campaign to promote registration for the "TOKYO 2020 ID" required to purchase tickets for the Tokyo Olympic and Paralympic Games. The second phase of the campaign began on October 10th. (The application period runs until November 19th.)
Eligible participants are those who register for a TOKYO 2020 ID during the campaign period and share the campaign video on social media. Those who registered their ID before the campaign started are also eligible to participate.

The prize consists of a "framed poster and T-shirt featuring an athlete's autograph."
Participating athletes include swimmer Rikako Ikee, table tennis player Mima Ito, Olympian Kosuke Kitajima, and Paralympians.
ID registrants will receive event-related information (event announcements, basic sport knowledge, official licensed merchandise info, etc.), including ticket details, via email newsletter in addition to campaign participation. They will also be able to smoothly apply for tickets as soon as sales begin.
Ticket sales for the Games will begin on the official website in spring 2019 for the Olympics and summer 2019 for the Paralympics. Ticket sales outlets are scheduled to open in 2020.
