Advertising: Energizing a vibrant new era. Joint Advertising Industry New Year's Gathering Held

The "Joint Advertising Industry New Year's Party," co-hosted by 29 advertising-related organizations, was held on January 8th at the Imperial Hotel Tokyo in Chiyoda Ward, with approximately 1,780 attendees.

First, eight representatives from the co-hosting organizations, including Chairman Akira Ohira of the All Japan Advertising Federation, took the stage and performed the traditional sake barrel opening ceremony.

Speaking on behalf of the co-organizers, Chairman Ohira referenced the meaning of this year's zodiac sign, the Earth Pig (Tsuchi no To In), and projected that this year marks the beginning of a new era filled with energy. "As the advertising industry, we must embrace that energy, adapt to it, and make it the driving force to pioneer this new era. To embrace that energy, what's essential is physical strength, intellectual strength, and willpower. We must ride out the rough seas and use the vitality of advertising to make this new era even more vibrant."
