The participating companies span diverse industries including food, transportation, finance, fashion, construction, and cleaning services. The web portal features thumbnail posters using visuals of female employees appearing in the articles. Clicking through to the article pages introduces each woman's journey to her role, her approach, her passion, and her sense of fulfillment. "Twenty stories, one of a kind in the world."
A full-page color advertisement announcing the content appeared in the March 18 morning edition of the Nihon Keizai Shimbun.
The tagline reads: "We've been working long before anyone talked about women's advancement."
A special feature allows readers to view the articles by holding the Nikkei AR smartphone app over the "Women in [Field]" logo in the newspaper.
