Appearing as guests at the event were three Rio Paralympic medalists: swimmer Keiichi Kimura, track and field athlete Sae Shigemoto, and world record holder in the long jump, Markus Rehm. Also participating was Shinya Ueda of the comedy duo Cream Stew, known for hosting sports programs and his love of sports.
During anecdotal talks about their respective sports, swimmer Kimura shared a unique Paralympic perspective on the "tapping stick" used to signal turns and finishes: "Each country makes their own stick, so the differences are also a point of interest." Shigemoto revealed a secret strategy regarding the prosthetic arm he wears during competition: "Balance and arm swing are crucial for running straight lines and around corners. The prosthetic arm I'm currently having made allows me to adjust its weight according to the distance I'm running." When asked about the secret to his big jumps, Rehm, who holds the world record of 8.48 meters in the long jump, stated, "The secret is not setting limits on yourself. Controlling your mindset is extremely important."

Regarding his thoughts on the Tokyo Games, athlete Kimura stated, "It's a great opportunity to deliver my maximum performance in Japan. I'd be thrilled if people came to watch at the venue." Athlete Shigemoto added, "I hope you feel the unique tension and atmosphere at the venue, something hard to convey on TV. I hope your cheers will push us forward." Räm said, "I hope families come together and cheer us on so we athletes can break records." Ueda also encouraged spectators, saying, "There are sports unique to the Paralympics, offering their own distinct enjoyment. I hope you visit many events and discover the charm of each."
