On January 26, Fukushima Prefecture held the "Delicious Fukushima, Here We Are! Top Sales for 'Fukushima Rice'" event at the Ito-Yokado Kiba Store in Koto Ward, Tokyo, to promote sales of "Heisei 25 (2013) Fukushima Rice." Governor Yuhei Sato attended the event Fukushima Rice Top Sales" event at the Ito-Yokado Kiba Store in Koto Ward, Tokyo. This was part of the "Reborn! Fukushima's Blessings Outreach Project," aimed at dispelling unfounded rumors about the prefecture's agricultural, forestry, and fishery products following the nuclear disaster. The Seven & i Group is collaborating with disaster-affected prefectures in Tohoku, implementing store sales at Ito-Yokado and other outlets, events, and other initiatives to support the affected areas.
Governor Sato (left in photo) stated, "Nearly three years have passed since the disaster. We've come this far thanks to everyone's support. Further revitalizing agriculture, forestry, and fisheries will give greater momentum to recovery." Chairman Shojo Tokichi of JA Group Fukushima (right in photo) promoted the prefecture, saying, "We want to deliver delicious products while confirming their safety."
Guest talent Megumi Yasu (center in photo) offered encouragement, saying, "My husband is particular about rice, and breakfast is definitely rice. Fukushima and the Tohoku region have so many delicious things, so I want to support them." She commented on the Fukushima rice "Ten no Tsubu" rice balls, saying, "They have a nice chewiness, a sweetness that's still refreshing, and are very delicious."

The event also featured talks and dances by Kibitan, the prefecture's recovery symbol character, and the Hula Girls from Spa Resort Hawaiians, who serve as Fukushima agricultural PR supporters.
