Nobita's Mom and Family STAY HOME Mother's Day Special Video Released

Fujiko F. Fujio Productions and the Fujiko F. Fujio Museum (Fujiko Museum), currently running the " STAY HOME" project alongside Doraemon, will release a Mother's Day special video depicting Nobita's mom and family practicing "STAY HOME." This new initiative will air during the May 9th broadcast of the TV anime "Doraemon" (TV Asahi network) and other platforms.
Additionally, an animation using the project logo will air as a 5-second message on the same network starting the same day.

On Children's Day, a message will be published in newspapers.

The project has previously worked to make "stay-at-home time" during the stay-at-home period a little more enjoyable. This included sending messages via the official website " Doraemon Channel" and newspapers, gifting wallpaper, distributing original support posters expressing gratitude to restaurants and delivery workers, and offering free manga releases.

This video, timed for Mother's Day, will debut as a 15-second spot within the TV anime. However, it will air through the end of May, hoping to encourage continued appreciation for mothers beyond just this day. After the broadcast ends, it will also be released sequentially on the TV & video entertainment platform " ABEMA," the Doraemon Channel, its Twitter account, and the Fujiko Museum Instagram.

With the prolonged stay-at-home period increasing time spent on household chores, the burden on parents—caring for children and working from home—has grown significantly.
The video depicts the loving feelings of the easily angered "Nobita's Mom" towards her child, and the decision to release it on Mother's Day was made to offer even a little comfort. The project aims to continue sharing what Doraemon and his friends can do, centered around the "STAY HOME" theme.
