[Call for Participants] Experience the "New Normal of Remote Viewing" Ahead of Time at the Haikyu!! × V.LEAGUE SPECIAL MATCH <応募受け付け中>

V.LEAGUE (Japan Volleyball League Organization) will hold an exhibition match on Sunday, August 16th as part of a collaboration project with the popular manga "Haikyuu!!". Players selected from all 10 DIVISION 1 MEN teams will wear the uniforms of the "Schwaiden Adlers" and "MSBY Black Jackals", teams featured within the manga.

While this event will be a remote match due to COVID-19 countermeasures, the V.LEAGUE video streaming service "V.TV" will host a "Watch Party Project" to provide unique enjoyment tailored to remote viewing.

The project will feature active V.League players, volleyball legends, and celebrities who love Haikyu!! as live streamers (livestream hosts). They will host group viewing rooms tailored to their respective concepts. Participants can check into their preferred room and watch the match while communicating with the livestream host and other viewers using tools specifically designed for remote viewing, such as chat and cheering functions.

The goal is to move beyond passive live viewing and provide the optimal online experience of shared excitement—where the cheers of each fan combine to create a unified wave of enthusiasm—capturing the true appeal of sports viewing. This aims to establish a new normal for sports spectatorship.
